At Floors2U, we strive to get your orders to you quickly and efficiently. Here’s our shipping policy:

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days using reliable third-party shipping providers.
• Delivery Time: Once the product is in our warehouse, you can expect delivery within 2-3 days.

Shipping Fees

• Flat Rate Shipping: We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $99.00 for most locations within Canada.
• Free Shipping:
  • Southern Ontario: We provide free shipping for orders over $2000.00 within Southern Ontario.
  • For other regions, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

Important Notes

• Currently, we only ship within Canada and do not offer international shipping at this time.
• Shipping charges for calculated rates will be displayed during the checkout process.
